Customer/Supplier update - Coronavirus

Our thoughts are with you and your families during these uncertain times. Nothing is more important to Barrettine than safety, and we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of all our employees, customers, and partners. In light of the uncertainty with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to reassure all our Customers and Suppliers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organisation and local authorities’ guidelines. Our priority is the safety of all stakeholders and we are updating our response daily to any developments and guidance from the Government.
Unless business critical, all meetings are to be held via telephone, e-mails or conference calling. These control measures include restricting site access to non-essential visitors and operating the strictest of cleaning and hygiene rules.
Until further notice our area Sales managers will not be visiting customer's premises, unless essential, this measure is to protect our employees and those of our Customers. But we’re keen to proactively keep in touch. Our objective is to help you to keep your business running with the supplies you need. We will update you on deliveries and service, communicate product availability (particularly on products in high demand) and recommend the products and services we can offer which we believe will be of value to your Business and help you to keep your Company running during this difficult time.
We are fully operational at present, and we are working very closely with our supply chain and distribution partners and aim at making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to.
There is currently high demand on both products and delivery services, so to avoid any disruption, we suggest ordering as soon as possible any products that you rely on to keep your business running. Equally, please only buy what your business needs. If we all do this, then we can make sure we have enough supplies for all customers.
Whilst we are experiencing increased demand, new stock is being manufactured daily. Our Production, warehouse and distribution colleagues are working tirelessly and doing the best job they can.
As we adjust to some of our Sales and customer support staff working from home, may we please encourage you to place orders by email.
