Brush away all loose dirt from the surface. Apply to the affected area using a brush, cloth or mop,
then agitate with a stiff bristled brush. Where stains have seeped into porous surfaces, an emulsifying pad may be useful in addition to a stiff bristled brush, to draw product into the pores. Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Repeat as necessary until stain is removed. If required, apply to surrounding areas to achieve a consistent appearance.

Limitations: Use only for stated applications. Avoid contact with grass and plants, if contact occurs rinse immediately with clean water. Do not use in direct sunlight or allow product to dry on the surface. Repeat or concentrated use may damage tarmac surfaces. Stains can absorb into porous and unsealed surfaces, and it may not be possible to remove them, for example unsealed pavers. Soot particles deposited by engine oil are particularly prone to this and not easily removed from pores and crevices. We recommend that all surfaces are sealed with an appropriate sealer to avoid this.
